James L. Paisley

James L. Paisley is an Atlanta native. He grew up in Marietta, GA and did his undergraduate work at Georgia Tech and graduated with high honors. After completing law school at Florida State University near the top of his class, he began his legal carrer as a public defender. This perspective did wonders before he switched sides and became a state prosecutor for several years. As a prosecutor Mr. Paisley got the experience of knowing most judges, and the most experienced attorneys and litigating with all of them. As a prosecutor Mr. Paisley tried over fifty jury-trials against the most reputable attorneys.

James L. Paisley was not meant to be a prosecutor.He realized that really good people make honest mistakes and they need effective representation at affordable prices. He missed the client contact and being able to help people put their life back together. He started his defense work again and started focusing on only traffic related cases like DUI's and other traffic citations.
